Dr. 杰西卡·弗洛雷斯

Dr. 杰西卡·弗洛雷斯 recently completed her Doctorate of 教育 in 教育al 领导 with a specialization in Higher 教育 Administration. She also holds a Master’s in 业务 Administration and a Bachelor’s of Science in 业务 and Information Systems. 专业, she has served nontraditional students in a variety of compliance-related roles at University of Phoenix since 2002.

She enjoys facilitating conversations on difficult topics such as sexual assault, 暴力的关系, 心理健康问题. Jessica’s dissertation topic focused on the experiences and perceptions of nontraditional adult learners who completed a relationship abuse program. In addition to expanding on this research, she is also interested in researching disparities in higher education and the workplace among the LGBTQ+ community as well as suicide among college students through the lens of diversity, 股本, 包容, 和归属感.
